Kemang is already a dynamic and hip area to begin with, but Hotel Monopoli’s existence pushes the envelope on how a place can create a lasting impression. A crossover of culture, art, fashion, and contemporary design, this hotel stitches a new archetype called Smart Luxury, which is a curated collaboration of ideas to create an all-round effortless experience for the guests.

The hotel’s unique interior flashes unusual colours, making it vibrant and lively. Sparkling with carefully chosen Indonesian characteristics, the design is both relaxing and fresh. Solutions from American Standard such as its Neo Modern collection can be found all over the hotel, enhancing the place with a modern vibe. As Hotel Monopoli believes that hospitality is about well-being, its spirit is a perfect match for modern travellers.

Hotel Monopoli is the fruit of a collaboration between Dimaz Aditio
from ARCHID Design and Build, interior designer Brian Gondo from SOW Projects, and architect Agatha Carolina. ARCHID was established in 2014 and has since designed numerous projects from residential buildings and hotels to retail outlets. SOW Projects is a multidisciplinary
design studio specialising in boutique Dimaz Aditio (ARCHID), Brian Gondo (SOW Projects), and Agatha Carolina hospitality that creates a balance between comfort and wonder in each project. “Hotel Monopoli is a depiction of a European building, and its floor plan is truly a portrayal of a ‘monopoly game,’”Brian said. “The American Standard products are the most suitable to represent the western lifestyle that is reflected in the design itself.”
